SHIPPING & RETURNS
All items available for order take approximately 2-5 business days to be processed, unless otherwise noted on the individual products description. Our items are made in small, fresh batches just for you… so we are grateful for your patience. You will receive an email notification containing all of the tracking information you need once your order has been shipped.
If Customs charges occur, please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for any fees. As the seller, we are not responsible for any Customs charges. Please note that International orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive.
If you have any problems or concerns with your order (damaged, not what you expected, not received, etc.) PLEASE contact us so we can make it right for you. We truly want you to have the best customer service possible to really bring the experience to life, we will always try our hardest to resolve any situations for you.
Keep in mind that the products you’re purchasing with FreeBird Organics are handmade and 100% natural so each order can tend to have slight variations (like slight changes in color).
If you received an item that was damaged in transportation, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject saying “Damaged Order.” We will gladly replace any damages reported within 48 hours of the order delivery.
